Following on from the success of our June learning session on sexism in schools, this is a second chance to attend an online training session on 8 October from 4pm to 5.30pm. This session will be delivered by UK Feminista and will equip schools support staff with the tools and knowledge on how to combat sexual harassment and sexism in schools.
The session will cover:
- Evidence on the scale and nature of sexism in schools.
- How to tackle sexual harassment, sexist language and gender stereotyping in your role as support staff.
- Why a whole-school approach is the most effective for tackling sexism.
- Ofsted and legal requirements to tackle sexism and sexual harassment.
